We use ingredients from across Japan such as seafood from the Genkai Sea in Munakata, Fukuoka prefecture, shiitake mushrooms grown on natural logs from Seki, Gifu prefecture, and Kuzuryu maitake mushrooms from Ohno, Fukui prefecture.
